Why plumbers use it
Plumbing calls are often emergencies, at night and on weekends. A burst pipe does not wait for a callback, so the first plumber who answers usually gets the job.
Questions plumbers ask
Is a text back as good as an answered call?
No, and it is not meant to be. It keeps the customer from calling the next plumber while you finish the job. If you want every call answered live, the AI Receptionist does that.
Does it work on a cell phone?
Yes. You dial one forwarding code for missed calls and keep using your phone as usual.
How much does AI Callback cost for plumbers?
$29 a month, or $290 a year (2 months free). Setup is included and there is no contract. Live in 2 business days or your first month is free. Money back in 30 days.
How long does setup take?
Live in 2 business days or your first month is free. Money back in 30 days. Your part is about 3 minutes: answer 3 questions and dial one forwarding code. Then we call your number to test it.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Calls you do not answer forward to your agent. Nothing changes for your customers.
What if it does not work for my business?
Live in 2 business days or your first month is free. Money back in 30 days. Each agent also has one measured promise (for example 95% of forwarded calls answered); if we miss it, that month is free.
